Your plan and price usually arrive within 1 working day. Nothing happens unless you reply yes. Then it runs like this, counted from the day you approve the scope sheet:
Day 0Free plan and scope sheetYou tell me the job. I send a plan, a fixed price and a written scope sheet. Nothing to pay.
Day 1You add me to your appsAs a user, never with passwords. I confirm the messages and timings with you.
Day 3Working previewYou see it run on a real example on your own phone.
Day 7Live, then 30 days of tweaksInvoice when you’ve seen it working. Then two rounds of tweaks and a 90-day fix promise.
Example
Plan and fixed quote: Hollybank Hair
A fictional business, made up to show the format. Tap a finding to open it.
Fix nowEnquiries arrive in four places and some are missed
What I found: Phone, email, the website form and Instagram messages each go to a different place. Nobody sees them all in one list.
What it means: A new client who messages on a busy Saturday may not hear back until Tuesday.
Fix soonReminders are sent by hand, when someone remembers
What I found: The booking tool can send reminders, but they are switched off. Staff text clients the night before instead.
What it means: Missed reminders mean more no-shows, and the texting takes time every evening.
Working wellOnline booking itself
What I found: The booking page is quick and clear on a phone.
What it means: No change needed. The plan builds on it.
Not included: a new website. The current one works, so there’s no reason to pay for one.
Sometimes the answer is: "This isn't worth automating yet." If the tool you already pay for can do it, I’ll tell you.
