2 months of unlimited changes. For two months after it goes live, ask for as many changes to what I built as you like. No extra charge.
Included, as often as you like
Wording, messages and email or text templates
Timings, reminders, steps and who gets notified
Anything not working the way we agreed
Small layout and design tweaks to what I built
Priced first, so it stays fair
A new system, new job or new feature: I price it first
Connecting a new app, or rebuilding after you switch apps
Paid app or text-message costs, which you pay directly
Send changes by email whenever you like. I reply within 1 working day and agree a date for each one. The two months start on the day it goes live. After that, Keep It Running covers small changes. (Keep It Running, £19/month.)
Your numbers, your estimate
What are missed enquiries costing you?
Drag the sliders. Nothing is saved or sent.
How many slip away?
Move the sliders to see your number. The sum: per week × share lost × job value × 52 ÷ 12. Compare it with Starter Automation at £195 once.

How I set it up
Built on what you already use
Your booking app, email, calendar or accounts software. If a new app is needed, you pay that company directly and I tell you the cost first.
You add me as a user
I never need your passwords. Every account stays in your name, and you remove me when it’s done.
Tested, then switched on
I test it on real examples. You see it working before you pay the rest.
Help afterwards if you want it
Keep It Running (£19/month) keeps it checked and makes small changes. Staff training is an add-on.
What you own at the end
Your accounts, your customer data, and everything I build. A written handover explains how it works. You can remove my access.
What I need from you
Add me as a user to the tools we agree on; never send passwords. Allow one setup call if the job needs it, and sign off the test before launch. You do not need a call to request your free plan.

Example
Plan and fixed quote: Hollybank Hair
A fictional business, made up to show the format. Tap a finding to open it.
Fix nowEnquiries arrive in four places and some are missed
What I found: Phone, email, the website form and Instagram messages each go to a different place. Nobody sees them all in one list.
What it means: A new client who messages on a busy Saturday may not hear back until Tuesday.
Fix soonReminders are sent by hand, when someone remembers
What I found: The booking tool can send reminders, but they are switched off. Staff text clients the night before instead.
What it means: Missed reminders mean more no-shows, and the texting takes time every evening.
Working wellOnline booking itself
What I found: The booking page is quick and clear on a phone.
What it means: No change needed. The plan builds on it.
Not included: a new website. The current one works, so there’s no reason to pay for one.
